The Arrupe internship arose out of a need to provide students with a richer and deeper experience in the community. This program was also developed to respond to the community partner's need to have a student who would be at their site long enough to engage in activities of a more complex nature. An Arrupe intern is placed for a full academic year at one of the pre-selected Arrupe community partners.
