Communication and CollaborationSurvey Response Summary on GroupWise QuestionWednesday, Sep. 7, 2011Early this year, 2011, IS conducted a survey which included a question about satisfaction regarding GroupWise as SCU's email program. The survey was segmented by groups, i.e. student responses, staff responses, and faculty responses. In general, these three groups varied between 28% to 33% "dissatisfied" or "somewhat dissatisfied". This, in part, is why the effort is beginning to see if there are alternatives that might be more acceptable.
