GTU Doctoral Affiliation Application Checklist

  1. Complete the GTU Doctoral Affiliation Application Worksheet.  Indicate full name and address along with program information requested on worksheet.  Click here to download a PDF of the Application Worksheet.


  2. One-page letter to the JST Associate Academic Dean.  In a one-page letter to the JST Associate Academic Dean,Bruce Lescher, describe yourself and state the reason(s) for requesting affiliation with the Jesuit School of Theology.

  3. JST Authorization Statement.  Provide a signed statement authorizing the JST Admissions Committee to view the applicant's dossier at the GTU.

  4. Send Completed Application to:
