Introduction

Have you completed a Master of Divinity degree?  Are you looking for a program that will allow you to expand your theological understanding in an area of specialized interest?  The Master of Theology degree is a one-year program in advanced theological study that allows students to develop in a specific area of interest.  Students have access to the wide variety of course offerings from the Graduate Theological Union and may also cross-register in courses offered just down the hill, at the University of California Berkeley.  Students in the Th.M. degree program often create programs of specialization that develop theological studies in relationship to many other concerns including psychology, education, the arts, sociology and anthropology.
