You will learn the various forms of holding title to real property in your Property class.  A tenant in common is one who holds a fraction of an interest in a parcel of real property.  For example, Dallas and his wife Rebecca may have each owned a 50% interest in the real property, and thus each would be entitled to sell his or her 50% interest to another person.
