In January, 1993, District Judge Kimba Wood was the second of President Bill Clinton's choices for Attorney General of the United States who withdrew her name from consideration because she, like President Clinton's first choice, Zoe Baird, had previously employed an illegal alien.  As a result, Janet Reno became Attorney General.
