BAR/BRI Lawsuit

The New York Times reported yesterday that BAR/BRI, a subsidiary of the Thomson Corporation, has been sued. The complaint (thanks to En Passant and TaxProf Blog for the link) alleges several different antitrust violations, including operation of an illegal monopoly and illegal agreements with competitors that call for competitors to cease offering bar preparation classes.
