The transcript of the December 5th oral argument in Boumediene v. Bush is available at the United States Supreme Court website. Transcripts appear on the website the same day that a case is argued. The Oyez project provides a copy of the transcript and a recording of the oral argument in MP3 format, as does C-Span.

Damage to library materials
December 05, 2007 at 8:03 PM

We at the Heafey Law Library make every effort to ensure that library materials are current, in order, and in good condition.  However, given that we circulate some 20,000 items per year, some damage may escape the attention of our library staff.  If you notice damage to any library item, please alert library staff.  It is helpful to notify library staff about any damage before you check the item out.

Damage to look for:

1.  Missing pages, folded pages, torn pages.

2.  Highlighter, pencil, or pen markings.

3.  Stains and spills.

4.  Missing material (book without CD, DVD, etc.)

All damage to library materials is assessed at the item's cost or $120, whichever is greater.
