10/25: IP Transactional Intermediaries: Who are they and what do they do?
HTLI  is co-sponsoring a lunch event with the Licensing Executive Society to present a panel discussion. Patent Litigation has changed significantly over the past decade in scope and magnitude. In response to this upward trend, many high tech companies have found the need for intelligent assistance in reviewing and expanding their portfolio. To meet this need, companies have emerged that offer a variety of specialized services to facilitate the high tech companies’ IP valuation as well as purchase and sale of IP assets.

The PTO has made several recent proposals on the topics of continuations, information disclosure statements, accelerated examination and alternative patent products.
