David S. Almeling is an associate with O'Melveny & Myers LLP. His practice specializes in patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation. Mr. Almeling has represented medical device, semiconductor, and telecommunications companies. Before joining O'Melveny, Mr. Almeling clerked for Hon. Gerald B. Tjoflat, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Almeling received a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he graduated with high honors, Order of the Coif; he received a B.A. from University of Florida, where he graduated with highest honors as valedictorian of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
