Dante (Dan) Giannini is a tax partner in the Silicon Valley office of PwC. Dan graduated from the Santa Clara University with degrees in Accounting and Law (Magna Cum Laude) and has over 30 years as a lawyer and CPA in Silicon Valley. His clients include life sciences and other technology companies from start-up through large multinational. He has advised on over 40 IPO�s and 300 acquisition, merger, joint venture and reorganization transactions. He is a specialist in M&A transactions, having served a tour of duty as an M&A partner in the firm's national office. He is the firm's national tax leader for the life sciences industry.
