Ms. Parker is currently a Supervising Attorney at the East San Jose Community Law Center. She worked as a staff attorney for the International Institute of the East Bay in Oakland from 1990 to 2000. Ms. Parker received her B.A. in 1982 from The College of Wooster; M.A. in City Planning in 1986 from University of California, Berkeley; J.D. in 1986 from Hastings College of the Law. She is a member of the California Bar.
