Ms. Shamilov, an associate at Fenwick & West LLP, specializes in intellectual property law with emphasis on patent litigation. She has represented clients in various technological fields including networking and telecommunications, e-commerce and Internet-related technologies, software engineering, computer architecture, CRM systems, and database management. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Shamilov was a software engineer designing and implementing GPS systems.

Ms. Shamilov received her J.D. degree from Santa Clara University School of Law where she also received the High Tech Law Certificate. She is a member of the High Tech Advisory Board and is actively involved with the High Tech Law Institute.
