About the Program: An Overview
Santa Clara founded a program in Hong Kong in 1980. The primary focus is on the legal system of Hong Kong with its common law heritage, and doing business with and in the unique structure of the Special Administrative Region (SAR) of Hong Kong.
Classes will take place at the University of Hong Kong. Instruction will be by members of the law faculty of the University and leading practitioners in Hong Kong.
