Issue Name: Campus Internet Outage (Affecting Off-Campus Connections)

Summary:
We will be upgrading some networking hardware, which will help to improve performance to an extent to the Internet. However, doing so will bring down our connection to the Internet for a short period of time, while we physically swap out the hardware.

This will result in all off-campus traffic being unavailable during the outage (ie - web browsing to off-campus sites like www.google.com, and sending emails off campus will likely be delayed).

The law school has finally switched over to the new website. Please be patience while we do some QA in the next few weeks. We'll be doing more tweaking in the background and in the near future, more services will be launched. Thanks for being patient during our transition.
