Premier of Witch Hunt

NCIP Exoneree Stoll Featured in Film at Toronto Film Festival-John Stoll was exonerated in 2004 as a result of the work done by a team of NCIP attorneys and law students. Witch Hunt, a film created by Dana Nachman and Don Hardy, tells the story of John Stoll and the dozens of other innocent people who were wrongly incarcerated. Executive Producer Sean Penn narrates this gripping failure of the criminal justice system.

The film premiered at the Toronto Film Festival, September 4 - 13, 2008. Following the premiere and critical acclaim, Stoll and the NCIP attorneys participated in an emotional Q&A session.

NCIP Executive Director "Cookie" Ridolfi, along with Legal Director Linda Starr and Supervising Attorney Jill Kent were on hand for the premier of the film and raised over $10,000 for the Innocence Project that night.
