Fees for Duplication Services
The Department of Archives & Special Collections can provide reference copies of documents, photographs and AV materials found in the Department holdings for a fee. All requests for duplication are subject to Department review: not all materials can be reproduced.
Photocopies are made by the staff of the Department: there is no same day service, and there are no self-service photocopy machines available in the Department. There is a $5.00 mailing fee.
If you know which items in the Department of Archives & Special Collections you would like to have reproduced you can fill out the Order for Reproduction of Special Collections online and a staff member will contact you regarding your request.
