  • How Are We Doing?

    Posted Friday, January 31, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.

As we plan for the University Library’s future, it is important that we understand the perceptions and expectations of our campus community so that we may provide the services and resources that you need to be successful. The University Library is participating in the LibQUAL+ survey which measures service quality in libraries.
You may enter a drawing for prizes by submitting your email address at the completion of the survey. Prizes include:
    Two $100 gift certificates
    Six $50 gift certificates
Please be assured that your answers are anonymous. Only aggregated data will be reported. Survey data will be stored securely on Association of Research Libraries (ARL) servers and maintained indefinitely so that the Library can compare the quality of its services and resources over time. You may withdraw from the survey at any time. If you have any difficulty in accessing or taking the survey, please contact Sophia Neuhaus, University Library Assessment Officer, at or 408-554-5431.
