On behalf of Bon Appetit, Barnes and Noble, Department of Theatre and Dance, the Department of Music, and Orradre Library, you are invited to participate in this fall's Literary Cuisine — 24 Hours of Charles Dickens.
On Monday evening, November 15, from 5:30 - 9 pm, there will be a special dinner in the Brass Rail in the Benson Memorial Center. The dinner is accompanied by a performance of A Victorian Christmas, written and directed by Barbara Murray, and with music by the Santa Clara University Opera Theatre, directed by Nancy Wait-Kromm.
On Tuesday, November 16, from noon - 1 pm,, there will be a luncheon with an informal, relaxed, unmoderated, and unscripted conversation about the works of Charles Dickens. This will be held in the Williman Room, also in the Benson Memorial Center.
You can sign-up for either or both of these events online and view the menu for both events.
We look forward to seeing you for these tasty bites of the works of Charles Dickens.
