Starting at 6:30 AM, Monday thru Friday, the Shuttle will transport SCU Faculty, Staff, and Students from the CalTrain/VTA Transit facility across from the main entrance onto the campus, with stops at Arts & Science, The Mission, Benson Center, Kids on Campus, Loyola Hall, then returning to CalTrain. The schedule has been design to accomodate Ace Train, CalTrain, and VTA schedules. There are are eight runs in the morning; and nine in the afternoon between 3:15 and 6:00 PM.

Serendipity Land Yachts has been contracted to provide this service to the University for this three-month trial program. Service will begin using a 15 passenger vehicle, with the ability to expand passenger accomodations should ridership merit it. The shuttle is being initiated to support mass transit users as well as encourage other SCU affiliates to leave their cars at home and take the train or bus to work.

An evaluation will be made of the Shuttle Program prior to the completion of the Fall Quarter to determine the value of continuing the Program and to identify a source of funding for extending service for the school year.
