Instructional Technology Resource Specialists

The Instructional Technology Resource Specialists (ITRS) work to help Santa Clara's faculty to integrate technology in support of the University's general mission of teaching, research, and service. They partner with faculty to: design and develop multimedia course materials; integrate Web technologies into the curriculum; identify available existing technology resources; train in the use of multimedia classroom equipment; and develop teaching and assessment materials.

The Instructional Technology Resource Specialists are
Michael Ballen, and Gloria Hofer.

Technical Support

The Media Systems Specialists, Joel Bennett, Michael Daw, and Ruth Ellison, provide support for classroom technology, classroom capture, audio/video production, videoconferencing, and streaming.  They also consult with campus users on equipment purchases and installations.
