Scheduling an Event

Step 1

From the links below, please fill out and submit to our office the appropriate application for the event type you would like to hold at Mission Santa Clara.  Submitting an application will allow our office to review the dates and times you would like to book and the appropriateness of the event for our space.  Submitting an application does not constitute a binding contract, or guarantee you the availability of the dates or times you would like to book.  Fees and compensation will be determined when our office reviews your application. 

Step 2

Upon approval, you will receive a contract. This contract declares your acceptance of our terms and policies and must be signed and submitted to the Mission Office, along with payment and any other required documents.

Please Note:

Your booking remains tentative until all fees and charges have been paid, and all contractual obligations due prior to the event have been met.  Failure to submit payments and any required documentation will result in the release of your reservation.  University sponsored events receive priority over non-affiliated organizations. Try to book your events far in advance as our calendar fills up quickly.
