Scheduling an Event

Mission Santa Clara is a beautiful setting to host many types of events. Our versatile space can be utilized in a number of different configurations, depending on the size of your expected audience. To begin the application process, please contact the Mission Office at 408-554-4023 to see about possible dates.

Step 1

Contact the Mission Office and review possible dates.  Then fill out an Event Application (see below) and submit it to the Mission Office for review.

Step 2

Upon approval, you will receive a contract. This contract declares your acceptance of our terms and policies and must be signed and submitted to the Mission Office, along with payment and any other required documents.

Please Note:

Your booking remains tentative until all fees and charges have been paid, and all contractual obligations due prior to the event have been met.  Failure to submit payments and any required documentation will result in the release of your reservation.  University sponsored events receive priority over non-affiliated organizations. Try to book your events far in advance as our calendar fills up quickly.
