WelcomeDear SCU Campus Community, Welcome to the Office for Multicultural Learning (OML) home page. The Office for Multicultural Learning under the Office of the Provost started in 2007. The Mission of the Office for Multicultural Learning is to coordinate, collaborate and promote cross-campus programing and related initiatives for purposes of enhancing Santa Clara University's goals for diversity and inclusive excellence and providing a welcoming campus climate in conjunction with the Provost's Council on Diversity, Multicultural Learning and Inclusive Excellence. In collaboration with other student life and academic departments, the programming efforts from OML will focus on race and ethnicity and the intersection of various forms of diversity with race and ethnicity.
