What has been your favorite class at SCU and why?
My favorite class has been Economics 2 with Professor Foldvary. It was great to learn the Macroeconomic theories of the world as well as learning more about how countries establish their trade relations with each other as well as measuring their standard of living.

What is your favorite activity to do at SCU?
As a member of the Santa Clara Crew team, I must say that my favorite activity is being able to go out and get on the water with the 8 members of my boat and practicing every day. The camaraderie that has been created between the 16 teammates on novice, as well as the 40 guys on varsity, makes me want to wake up every morning and practice.

What advice would you give to the Class of 2012?

Find an activity that you have a passion about and give your fullest to it. Get involved around campus and just be open to new ideas.

Why do you love SCU?
I love SCU for not only its beautiful location, but also the small school environment. It allows the classroom to be fun with no more than 30 students, not intimidating as the large lecture halls as the big state schools. The teachers are all very engaging and want to see you do well. I also love SCU for the friendships you make with people from all over the country and the world!
