2010 Welcome Weekend Events

For returning students, Welcome Weekend begins with the Bronco Pep Rally on Sunday, September 19, 2010 at 8:00pm in the Leavey Center. The Bronco Pep Rally, hosted by the Ruff Riders, will feature appearances by the SCU Spirit Clubs, presentations by SCU Athletic Staff, and special performances by several varsity sports teams. Arrive early to see the men’s basketball team in action. You won’t want to miss this great opportunity to cheer on your SCU Athletes, practice the Fight Song, and show your Bronco pride.

After the Bronco Pep Rally, head over to the Santa Clara Mall from 9:00pm-11:00pm for the SCU Kick-Off. This event will feature over 100 student organizations in one place and unlimited opportunities for you to get involved! The SCU Kick-Off is a great place to connect with old friends and to meet new ones.

On Monday, September 20, 2010, undergraduate classes with operate on a regular schedule to begin the academic year.

The Activities Programming Board will host a Welcome Weekend Concert on Saturday, September 25th in the Leavey Center. More details and ticket information will be available soon. 

Residence Hall Move-In

For those returning students that will be living on campus, additional information regarding your move-in process can be found in the link below. Returning students will be able to move in on Sunday, September 19, 2010 beginning at 9:00am.
