Douglas KingJay Hall and AssociatesDoug King, Ph.D., is Project Manager at Jay Hall and Associates. Doug earned his BS in chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University in 1999. After graduation, he worked for 2 years with ICF International providing technical support to EPA’s ENERGY STAR for Homes Program. Doug then returned to Carnegie, and in 2006 earned his PhD in Engineering & Public Policy with a focus on distributed energy resources and general technology assessment. Doug has been providing technical consulting services to the US Green Building Council’s LEED for Homes program, as well as several other green home building initiatives. Doug was raised in the northeast, and now lives in Oakland, California. |
