Jesuit in Residence, The Jesuit Legacy Research Scholar and Postdoctoral Fellow

A native of Slovenia, Fr. Peter has been a Jesuit for 15 years and has studied at the University of Ljubljana, Oxford, Paris (Centre Sèvres) and Georgetown. In 2001, Peter founded the Slovenian branch of the Jesuit Refugee Service. His current research focuses on transitional justice, democratization, East-Central Europe and the former Soviet Union. He is a Jesuit-in-Residence in Nobili Hall. Fr. Peter is an avid runner, cyclist and swimmer and competes in triathlons. He also plays the accordion. You may meet him in a research stack, at an accordion jam, saying Mass or racing on his bike.
