Asian American activist Helen Zia will be on campus on Monday, 5/4/09, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in the Williman Room (Benson Center). She is an award-winning journalist and scholar who has covered Asian American communities and social and political movements for decades. Ms. Zia will speak on "minority" to "majority" and the challenges ahead in a "post-race" society.
