A number of experiences are coordinated throughout the academic year both on and off campus to educate students, staff and faculty in the areas of diversity and inclusive excellence.

Staff, faculty and students have the opportunity to engage in leadership development of current and developing initiatives.

The Leader in Residence program features an innovative and progressive artist, educator, or activist whose stories, powerful messages, and life experiences empower others to positively serve their communities.

Through immersion trips, academic exchanges, and outreach programs, Santa Clara students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends gain perspective and enhance scholarship throughout the world.

The Network equips faculty, staff, and administrators with knowledge and information that will enable them to serve as resources to LGBTQ students or colleagues.
