Junior Faculty Leaves

The Junior Faculty Development Leave supports the professional development of tenure-track faculty in their probationary (pre-tenure) period. After a positive mid-probationary review, assistant professors are eligible for one quarter of paid leave to advance their scholarship and teaching. Faculty receive full salary during the year the Junior Faculty Development Leave is taken.
