  • Career Flexibility and Work-Life Balance for SCU Faculty: A Toolkit for Chairs and Deans: Information and best practices for department chairs. [  under development   ]
  • Work/Life Balance Coaching For Faculty: Learn strategies for setting priorities, dealing with conflicts, self-care, saying no, and more effectively managing your time.  The university offers three complimentary one-hour coaching sessions with a licensed psychotherapist funded by our Sloan Foundation Grant. All sessions are confidential. The work/life coach is not affiliated with the university and your name will not be recorded in any university paperwork.  To schedule personal coaching, contact:
