Funding for the development of this site was provided by an Alfred P. Sloan Award for Faculty Career Flexibility from the American Council on Education.  Santa Clara University was one of six universities to receive this award in 2008 in recognition of existing strengths and plans to improve career flexibility and work-life balance for faculty.
