The Women Faculty Group (WFG) has represented women faculty from all departments across the campus for more than twenty years. The WFG meets for lunch the first Wednesday of each month to discuss topics of interest to women faculty, including issues relevant to our professional and personal lives, the university community, and work-life balance. The WFG has been instrumental in creating programs and policies that provide professional and personal support for all Santa Clara faculty.
