Through one-on-one consultations, mentoring, classroom visits, and workshops, the Faculty Development Program works with faculty members to strengthen their teaching. It also offers programs in support of faculty scholarship and career planning, and coordinates the Sabbatical and Junior Faculty Development Leave programs.
