The Faculty Development Program is designed to help faculty become exceptional teaching scholars. This program enhances the professional development of faculty, explores how students learn, and supports faculty in cultivating student learning. Through consultation, classroom visits, and workshops, the Faculty Development Program works with individual faculty members to strengthen their teaching. It also maintains a library of teaching and learning resources, administers research, curriculum, and teaching grants, and coordinates the Junior Faculty Development Leave program.
