The Phased Retirement program offers senior lecturers and tenured faculty members the opportunity to gradually transition into retirement. Through this program, eligible faculty members enjoy a flexible work schedule by reducing their workload with a commensurate reduction in salary. During the period of phased retirement, faculty members retain their benefits, rights, and privileges along with office space.
