Santa Clara University

I am currently a Senior here at Santa Clara University. I am a Psychology major with a Creative Writing minor. While these two interests clearly have nothing to do with web design or development, I have been writing and editing coded websites for about ten years now. I have worked on numerous websites for SCU including the Office of Student Life, the Wellness Center, the Sponsored Projects Office, the Office of Compliance and Research Initiatives, the Office of Undergraduate Studies, the Psychology Department and the Ignatian Center - including pages for the Kolvenbach, DISCOVER, and Arrupe programs. I have also worked as a tutor and as a math grader, as well as writing resumes and cover letters for SCU students.

After graduating from SCU in June of 2010, I plan to attend a graduate institution to earn a master's degree in Counseling Psychology for adolescents. I grew up in San Diego, California and would very much like to return to the beach culture to begin my life's dream: a non-profit service through which middle and high school students can get the help they need - moral, psychological, and social support - in dealing with the numerous difficulties adolescents are faced with today.
