Personal Bio

My name is Randy Holaday and I am a junior English Major at SCU, with a minor in creative writing. My personal opinion is that the word “tutoring” should be understood liberally. My goal when tutoring is to simply help your writing process. Whether that means helping with organization, listening as you bounce ideas around, or maybe even doodling pictures of an argument, I work at the HUB for the writer, to meet the writer’s individual needs. Everyone can use help with writing, from Engineers to English majors, and I try to understand and listen to the writer, and help their writing the best I can. After I graduate, I hope to continue on to graduate school in English and become a high school teacher. See you soon at the HUB!
