Amanda A.
Amanda is a certified Zumba instructor and is excited to bring lots of fun and energy to this fitness dance class at SCU. She has always had a passion for dance and wants to share it with others. She loves choreographing easy to follow and fun routines with lively and upbeat music. She has experience in ballet, jazz, hip hop and belly dance. She is an undergraduate at SCU studying biology.

Sabrina B.
Sabrina is a certified spin instructor who enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle through nutrition and exercise. She is an enthusiastic teacher who enjoys using a variety of popular music from both the past and present. Her routines are "fresh and exciting" in hopes to develop the same passion she holds for spinning with others. Sabrina is a communications major and retail studies minor at Santa Clara University. In addition to spinning, she enjoys running, swimming, and fashion.

Jeanee' B.
Jeanee' has a degree in Exercise Physiology from San Jose State University. She has been teaching group exercise for 18 years and personal training for 13 years. She has special studies focused in nutrition, Pilates and weight training. Jeanee' is certified in Pilates and BalleCore as well as by ACSM.

Alvin C.
Alvin is a certified Spinning instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics. He graduated from SCU in 2006 with a degree in Civil Engineering and is back at SCU pursuing an MBA. Alvin has experience in mountain bike, cycle cross, road, and track racing. His goal is to bring his outdoor experience in cycling into the indoor cycling environment. Outside of a fairly active racing schedule, you can find Alvin climbing the closest rock he can find or rocking out on the violin.

Michelle is a certified Zumba instructor who has done Zumba for four years at a dozen different locations and loves choreographing her own high energy, fun routines. She can salsa and belly dance, which are both incorporated heavily into her workout. Each routine focuses on isolating and toning specific muscle groups to increase definition and being up-beat so you really sweat!

Eversley F.
Eversley has a degree in Electrical Engineering and is certified by ACSM, ACE, and AFAA. Since 2001, he has been leading energetic and motivating fitness classes here at SCU. His coaching approach to group exercise allows him to challenge all fitness levels. Eversley is also the Executive Producer and Director of the Cardio Athletic Kickbox video and DVD series. He has been a martial artist, actor and stunt performer on commercials and films for over 13 years.

Liz has a Master of Fine Arts degree, is YogaFit certified and brings over 15 years of fitness experience to SCU. Liz has taught a variety of dance and Yoga classes and focuses on a fun but relaxing environment. In her spare time, she enjoys running, reading, dancing, and music.

Louise is a certified instructor through Spinning and Mad Dogg Athletics. She competes with the SCU triathlon team, with cycling being her favorite part of the race. Louise played Varsity basketball and participated in triathlons as well. She plans to major in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics. Louise loves exercise and has always had a passion for motivating and coaching others to reach their highest potential. Along with triathlons, Louise loves traveling, singing, watching movies, roller coasters and being outdoors.

Lirio O.
Lirio has studied yoga for 20 years and has taught yoga to people of all ages and abilities for the last 15 years. She teaches a classical system of yoga that includes the study of pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and yoga asana (physical postures). She enjoys making yoga accessible to all people regardless of physical limitation or ability so that they may experience its benefits.

Paige P.
Paige is an undergraduate student at SCU studying communications & retail studies. Yoga became a passion of mine only a few short years ago when I tried out a class after my last high school season of tennis had ended. Even though I could not even touch my toes in my first class, something inspired me to come back almost every day for the next two years. In the summer of 2011, I became a certified yoga instructor through CorePower Yoga. I am trained in heated power yoga, I choose to teach classes of the same intensity at cooler room temperatures. In addition to yoga, I enjoy to spend my time running, hiking, and hanging out with my friends.

Kate is an undergraduate student from Chicago, IL. She is studying communications and minoring in sociology . Kate has been spinning for two years and was certified through Mad Dogg Athletics. She enjoys being outdoors whether it's playing sports, running or hiking. Kate has gained a great passion for working out and motivating others. Also, Kate enjoys spending her time participating in community service organizations, traveling, cooking and playing intramural sports on campus.

Calley is an undergraduate student studying communications and Spanish. She is a certified spinning instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics and loves riding outside. In addition, to cycling Calley also enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and running with her dog on the beach.

Corey V.
Corey Graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in history and a minor in fitness instruction. He is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Schwinn certified cycling instructor. He is currently enrolled at Santa Clara Law School, and consequently spends much of his time at the library. He hopes to become a sports agent after graduation. He has played just about every sport at one time or another and has a passion for exercise, nutrition, and people.

Anne W.
Anne believes that fitness begins with an appreciation for the gift of our bodies and our health. Using that gift to become stronger, leaner, and more flexible, gives us energy and endurance, reduces stress, and promotes a feeling of well being that radiates beyond ourselves. Anne is an SCU alum (MA Counseling) with 18 years of experience as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. She holds certifications from AFAA and ACSM and enjoys teaching aerobic dance, Yoga, Pilates, step, and cardio sculpt. Anne is also an American Heart Association CPR and First Aid Instructor and as the owner of AnneAerobic CPR, she enjoys teaching people the skills that save lives.

Benitisha is Yoga Fit certified Level 1 instructor with over 200 hours of training. She has over three years of experience teaching vinyasa yoga to individual clients and classes. She has been teaching at SCU since Fall 2011. Her personal interests include yoga and meditation of course, running, biking, snow boarding, and almost anything that allows the body, mind and spirit to work together.

Evelyn has certifications in both Yoga and massage therapy, and over 14 years of group fitness experience. She began teaching at SCU in 2006 and will be teaching and energizing and relaxing Vinyasa Yoga class. Her other interests include hiking, wellness, reading, dancing, and movies.
