AM PilatesA core training class that gets real results. Focused exercises linked to the breath sculpt the muscles of the trunk and hips for greater strength, flexibility, balance, and stability. All levels are welcome. -
Bronco Body BlastA challenging conditioning class that combines weight training, step aerobics, jump ropes, and ball work to train every inch of your body. This class uses a combination of whole floor techniques and circuit training to provide an intense workout. -
Cardio Kickboxing & Afternoon Cardio KBBacked by high energy music, the Cardio Athletic Kickboxing workout incorporates kicks, punches, elbows and knees, and combinations used in martial arts and boxing together with effective athletic drills. Perfect cueing and instruction allow beginners as well as more advanced exercisers to follow the challenging combinations, burn fat, release stress, & have fun! -
Cycling ClassesPedal your way through an indoor cycling class that will sculpt your muscles and generate a serious sweat. The instructor will lead you through a mix of drills, hills, and sprints. Both cycling newcomers and veterans are welcome! You can control the intensity of your workout by increasing or decreasing the resistance on the bike and the instructor will provide other alterations, as needed! Patrons should bring a personal towel and a water bottle to class. Our cycling bikes can accommodate regular workout shoes or cycling shoes.

Express Classes (Zumba / Cardio Sculpt / Butts & Guts)You are cordially invited to join all or part of SCU’s “Hard Core Challenge.” The challenge consists of three thirty-minute classes with a five-minute break in between, featuring functional and core fitness made fun! All fitness and experience levels are welcome. Zumba is a high energy Latin Dance Aerobics class that blends Salsa, Samba, Cumbia and Bahliwood music and moves to burn fat and tone your tummy. The time flies by because you're dancing, not "working out." All levels are welcome to join the party!
The next class, Cardio Sculpt, is a dynamic low-impact workout. Alternate using hand weights and bands with step aerobic routines to maximize toning and calorie burn. It’s fun, effective, and challenging. In Butts and Guts, we will do exercises specifically designed to target your bottom and tummy. For the "butt" work, we will do lunges, squats, butt blasters and leg lifts. We sometimes also incorporate the Body Bar for an even tougher challenge! For your "gut" work, we will crunch, twist, and plank. We also bring out the ball occasionally for more challenging balance and core work. -
Express ExtensionThis is a two or three week extension (depending on the time of year) of noon hour fitness classes to bridge the gap between each quarter. The class includes Step & Sculpt followed by Butts & Guts. Please note: Refunds will not be granted for the Express Extension class once it has begun. If you'd like to get a refund, you request the refund prior to the first session of this class. -
Hatha YogaJoin Hatha Yoga to learn the science of physical and mental rejuvenation through techniques of relaxation, flexibility, and concentration. -
Interval TrainingIn this class, we will combine the best of Cardio Sculpt (basic step movements with weights in hand) with different one-minute cardio drills such as lunges, squat thrusts, plyometrics or jumping rope to maximize the amount of calories burned. -
Power PilatesPower Pilates is designed to challenge your mind and body to achieve fast results. We will do standing work to target thighs and glutes as well as traditional mat work to flatten your tummy and strengthen your core. We will also use props to mix things up so you experience a different workout each of the 3 days.

Power YogaLearn the science of physical and mental rejuvenation through techniques of relaxation, flexibility, toning and balance. With the use of the breath, this class will flow (vinyasa) through various postures, which will strengthen and tone the body. -
Steppin’ UpBacked by high energy dance music, the first half is an athletic step workout with higher and lower intensity options to accommodate all fitness levels. This is followed by Cardio Athletic Kickboxing© which incorporates kicks, punches, elbows and knees, and combinations used in martial arts together with effective athletic drills and abdominal work. -
Vinyasa YogaVinyasa Yoga consists of a flowing series of yoga postures (asanas), synchronizing the breath with each movement. This class cultivates strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance while dissolving tension. Vinyasa Yoga creates a sense of calm and allows one to feel enlivened and renewed from the practice. -
YoPi MixThis class mixes together yoga and Pilates movements in order to build core strength, balance, and stability. The class will pay extra attention to the abdominal area and flows quickly to give a great workout. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. -
