You are cordially invited to join all or part of SCU's "Hard Core Challenge." The challenge consists of FOUR thirty-minute classes with a five-minute break in between, featuring functional and core fitness made fun! All fitness and experience levels are welcome. In Butts and Guts I or II, we will do exercises specifically designed to target your bottom and tummy. For the "butt" work, we will do lunges, squats, butt blasters and leg lifts. We sometimes also incorporate the Body Bar for an even tougher challenge! For your "gut" work, we will crunch, twist, and plank. We also bring out the ball occasionally for more challenging balance and core work.U-Jam unites world beat with urban flavor and takes you around the world from Hip-Hop to Bollywood, with an intense cardiovascular workout!
