Registration for fitness classes begins the second Monday of each quarter (or Tuesday when Monday is a holiday).
Classes begin the third week of the quarter (Sunday classes will start on the Sunday before the third week of the quarter).
The schedule does change slightly each quarter and it will always be posted online by the first day of that quarter.
Preview Week, the first week of each quarter, is when we offer a 30 minute sneak peek of most of the classes (for FREE!) so that you can try them out before you register.
