Refund Policy

    Refunds are not available for guest passes or the towel service.


    To request a refund, fill out a blue Refund Request Form which can be obtained at the Malley Center Front Desk or by clicking here.  If the request is approved, the refund will be mailed to the address you provided on the request form.  Please include your original receipt with the request form.  If you do not have the original receipt and we are unable to verify payment, we may require you to show proof of payment.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for the request to be processed.  Patrons will be contacted if their refund is not approved.

  • iconLifetime Recreation (Fitness Classes)

    All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of first class session.


    Refunds will not be granted for the Express Extension fitness class once it has begun.  If you'd like to get a refund, you need to request the refund prior to Noon on the Friday before the class is scheduled to begin.


    Medical refunds may be granted after the refund deadline but only if a physician's note is submitted with the Refund Request Form. Approved medical refunds will be prorated based on the time the refund was requested and the amount of classes remaining not based on when the injury occurred.
  • iconIntramural Sports (Deposits)

    Intramural Sports refunds are given to teams that do not forfeit during their season. All refunds need to be requested by the last day of classes each spring quarter in order to have all refunds processed by the end of the fiscal year.
  • iconAquatics (Swim Lessons)

    Medical refunds may be granted after swim lessons have begun but only if a physician's note is submitted with the Refund Request Form. Approved medical refunds will be prorated based on the time the refund was requested and the amount of lessons remaining.
  • iconMalley Center Memberships and Locker Rentals

    Malley Center memberships and locker rentals will be prorated based on the time the refund was requested and the amount left in the term of the agreement.
  • iconBronco Kidz All Sports Camp

    Refund requests prior to or on May 15, 2009 will be a full refund minus a $75 per session cancellation fee.


    Refund requests after May 15, 2009 will be a full refund minus a $150 per session cancellation fee.


    Cancellations via phone are not accepted.  Refund requests should be emailed to camp@scu.edu.


    No refunds will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp.


    Ill or injured campers will receive a prorated refund minus a $75 processing fee, upon request only.


    All refund requests due to illness/injury must be submitted via email to camp@scu.edu by August 14, 2009.


    NOTE: All refunds, once approved, will be issued as checks and will take 4-6 weeks to process.
