Orientation - Summer 2004

For five weeks during the summer and the last week before classes began in the Fall, Xavier students engaged in an orientation program, designed for them to get to know each other, to begin their college life with a critical discussion of books that they had read, and to register for classes and learn about their freshman year. The following are some photos of the six orientation sessions.

Orientation Leaders

Xavier has two Orientation Leaders, Kristen Harvey and Stefanie Tong. Orientation Leaders accompany the new students during the two-day orientation period, and assist the students in many different ways.

Kristen is a Sophomore Psychology major from Rescue, California, and has participated in Xavier's Mexico Immersion Trip.

Stefanie is a Junior Accounting/Psychology major, from Manila, Philippines, and also has taken part in Xavier's Mexico Immersion Experience.
