SCU workforce survey through 9/24

SCU is currently in the process of resurveying its workforce to ensure that information regarding race, ethnicity, gender and veteran status confidentially stored by Human Resources is accurate and reflects new race, ethnic and veteran categories in governmental record keeping and reporting requirements for the administration of civil rights laws and regulations. We encourage you to voluntarily self-identify using your e-campus account on or before September 24, 2008. You may access the link to the workforce survey at https://www.scu.edu/ecampus/ under the menu, HR Self-Service, SCU Workforce Survey.

Submission of this information is strictly voluntary and refusal to provide it will not subject you to any adverse treatment. ecampus for applicants

Some new features are now available for applicants to Graduate Engineering and Undergraduate Admissions. Applicants can use ecampus to check the status of their application materials received by SCU (e.g. transcripts, letters of recommendation, personal essays, etc.) and also have the ability to view name and update address, email and phone number.

Lost/forgotten ID: Like all student users of ecampus, the ID is a "W" number (e.g. W0123456) which is a W followed by the last seven digits of the student's emplid. Students should contact the appropriate admissions.

Lost/forgotten password: Applicants should use the "Forgot Your Password" function at www.scu.edu/ecampus

SCU employees should login to ecampus to view the electronic pay advice for the pay period ending on 05-31-2007.

For employees without access to a computer, a kiosk with a computer and printer has been installed in the Department of Human Resources to use for this purpose.

Users having difficulty logging into ecampus should send a message to ecampus@scu.edu or contact the IT Service Center at x5700. Please provide your name, Employee ID, and email address.

ASSCU Student Elections

On Tuesday, April 24th from 8:00 AM until midnight, ASSCU will be holding it's Spring Election.

If you are an eligible Undergraduate student, log in to Ecampus. Once there, you will see a link in the left hand menu titled "Student Elections". Click on the link, and follow through the steps to submit your ballot.

Undergraduate Academic Advising period, April 30 - May 11

Prior to the Fall registration appointment period (which begins on Monday, 14), all undergraduate students will participate in academic advising with the assigned faculty advisor from Monday, April 30 until Friday, May 11.

Undergraduates are required to bring a copy of the degree audit to the advising meeting. After logging into ecampus, go to Student Center and click on Degree Progress located under Academic History. Select Santa Clara University from the drop down menu and under report type choose Degree Audit, click on Go.

If undergraduates cannot remember the faculty advisor's name, it is available in ecampus in the Student Center. The advisor's name is listed under Advisor on the right side of your page. Otherwise, students may contact the Drahmann Advising Center, 2nd Floor Benson Center; the Office of the Registrar, Walsh Administration Bldg.; or the student's major department office.

Billing statements now available

Students: your latest monthly billing statement is now available to view online via ecampus. Authorized payers should login to https://www.scu.edu/ecampus/parents/ and click on the link "Login to QuikPAY" to the right of the screen.

Once you have entered your login name/ID and password click on "Bursar Office" from the menu bar and select the "View Bill & Make Payment" option.

This will take you to the QuikPAY site allowing you the option to view and pay your bill online. Choose "View Accounts" to review your bill and make sure to click on the PDF icon to see the complete version of your billing statement. The remittance address information is located here for sending payment by mail.

Please forward any billing inquiries to the Bursar's Office official email address at bursaroffice@scu.edu. A representative will respond within one to two business days. Additional information is available on the Santa Clara University Bursar Office website.

Undergraduate registration

In order to ensure your 2006 W-2 form is mailed to the correct address, please take a moment to review and verify your address on ecampus.

If you have multiple addresses (different address types), i.e. "Mailing", "Permanent", "Campus", etc., please note that all W-2 forms will be mailed to the "Permanent" address.

If your "Permanent" address is listed on eCampus with an address other than the address you would like your W-2 mailed, please change, no later than noon on Thursday, January 25, 2007, your "Permanent" address to reflect the address you would like your 2006 W-2 mailed.

All W-2 Forms will be mailed by Wednesday, January 31, 2007

Employee 2006 Year-end Payroll totals

SCU employees: Your year-to-date pay information for 2006 is available in ecampus until Wednesday, January 3, 2007. Login to ecampus and print a copy of the December 22, 2006 pay advice for your records. Enter your ID and password, and then select "HR Self Service" under My Menu. Select "View Paycheck" under Payroll Information.

Login instructions are available on the ecampus gateway page (www.scu.edu/ecampus) by clicking the tab "For Employees". And use the self-service "Forgot Your Password" function, if necessary.

Fall Grades

Pay Advice
