The Journal hosted a symposium on March 14, 2008 with the theme Water & Ethics. Our spring 2008 publication (Volume 6) will feature the articles and panel discussions presented at the symposium.

Our latest issue published in Summer 2007 contains articles and transcripts from the International Law Weekend-West Conference, hosted at Santa Clara University School of Law on February 2 and 3, 2007.

IV. Comment Requirement

The comment will be due in January. Each candidate must complete and successfully pass the comment requirement. This paper is an opportunity for the candidate to make a contribution to the legal field on the topic of their choice. More information about the comment will become available in the Fall.
