Blake Boznanski '98 and Erica Boznanski '03 welcomed their first child, son Dylan Walter, on Oct. 11, 2012. The couple resides in San Francisco.
Alexander Anderson ’03 and Erin (Patrick) Anderson ’03 welcomed a baby boy, Cormac Flynn Anderson, on June 26th. Cormac joins his big sister Savannah and big brother Asher. The family lives in Ottawa, Canada.

Danielle Perkins '04 and Nicolas Tully were married on Aug. 3, 2012, in Sonoma. Fellow alum who joined them include Paula (Kozlak) Larson '86, Sue (Kozlak) Richards '88, Toby Richards '88, David Hatfield '91, Claire Elam '04, Chrissy Kennedy '04, Holly (Bettencourt) Moraes '04, Brandina (Morrison) Jersky '04, Meredith (Groff) Rietdorf '04, David Rietdorf '04, Hannah Hepfer '05, and Colleen Skinner '06. Danielle and Nick live in San Francisco.
Ken Philipp MBA ’04 has joined Ensim Corporation as its VP of sales and business development. Mr. Philipp joins Ensim from CA Technologies and brings an extensive background in the automation, virtualization, and cloud markets with more than 20 years of professional sales and leadership experience. He started his career at IBM and has held executive positions with several virtualization startups including Akimbi and Fastscale (both acquired by VMware), Solidcore (acquired by McAffee) and 4Base Consulting (acquired by CA Technologies). Ensim is the leading software platform that enables automation and orchestration for ordering, service catalog, provisioning, and billing of business users, applications, services, and infrastructure in private, public, and hybrid cloud environments.
Christine Peek J.D. ’04 was named to the Northern California Super Lawyers 2012 Edition - Rising Stars. Recognizing the premier up-and-coming attorneys in the region, approximately two percent of the Northern California Bar received this distinction. Peek maintains a general civil litigation practice, focusing on constitutional law and lawsuits against government entities. She has experience litigating state and federal constitutional issues in a wide variety of contexts, including business regulation, nuisance, takings, election law, public employment, compassionate use, selective enforcement, illegal search and seizure, and excessive force cases. She is an active member of the Santa Clara Bar Association, currently serving on its Appellate Courts Committee.
Lisa Hickey '04 was named principal at Juana Briones Elementary School in Palo Alto. Hickey has served as an elementary school principal in Cupertino Union School District since 2005. Most recently, she was principal at Meyerholz School, directing both a neighborhood population and a Mandarin immersion program.
Ron Hansen M.A. ’95, M.Div. ’04 is this year’s recipient of the Evil Companions Award, which honors a writer who hails from the West or writes about it. Hansen is an Omaha native who teaches literature at Santa Clara University. He has earned numerous honors in his four decades as a novelist, essayist and short-story writer, including the status of creating one of the longer and more intriguing titles in contemporary fiction: The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford.
Bryce Davidson '04 has joined the staff of Davidson Insurance in Vancouver, Washington. He previously worked as a Manager at Ernst and Young in San Francisco for nearly eight years.
Michelle E. Curtis '04 J.D. '08 and Joseph Harris, Jr. were married on July 28, 2012 in Tiburon, Calif. Bronco attendees included Betsy Conway '04, Jenny DeVoto '03, Leila (Khalil) Lewis '02, Hayley (Fullerton) Servatius '02 and Matt Servatius '02, MBA '11. The couple resides in San Francisco and St. Helena.
Michael Baranick '04 and Erin (Rieger) Baranick '04 welcomed their first child, Nolan James, on Oct. 4, 2012. The family lives in Seattle.

Catherine (Cochrane) Western '05 and Andy Western '06 welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Grace Clara, on October 25, 2012.
Timothy Reed J.D. '05 and I-Lan Emily Lin welcomed their first child, Gavin Weixiang Reed, on Sept. 9, 2012.
Angelina Ramos ’05, a former pop music star, now teaches a leadership class at ACE Charter High School in San Jose, Calif. From Union City, Ramos decided to leave the glamorous life of a singer after fifteen years to return to her roots in the Bay Area. Read more here.
Brian Hurd '05 and Kristin (Goltz) Hurd '05 welcomed their second daughter, Clara Stephane, May 13, 2012.
Rebecca (Regan) Freeman '05 and Peter Freeman were married in Golden, Colo., on Sept. 22, 2012.
Cristina (Guzman) Fierro '05 and Mark Fierro '05 welcomed their second child, Mark Enrique Fierro, on February 5, 2012. He weighed 6lb 2oz and was 18.5 inches long. The family resides in St. Louis, where Mark is a fourth year resident in OB/GYN. Cristina is a registered nurse and a recent DAISY Award recipient.
Aloe Driscoll '05 was hired as a marketing coordinator at Awe Sum in Santa Cruz. Prior she worked in the sales and marketing department for Nanosolar in San Jose. This is her first job in the produce industry.
Carlie Brown ’05 and Lance Ogren exchanged marriage vows Oct. 12 at Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in New York. A reception was held at Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers on the banks of the Hudson River.
She is the daughter of Shelly and Steve Brown of Orland. He is the son of Dorothy Ogren of Manchester, N.J. They met while coaching swimming at Chelsea Piers Athletic Club. She graduated from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara and is a freelance event and promotion coordinator.
He graduated from St. John's University in New York and works as a personal trainer and swim coach. He has swum the English Channel and holds the world record for the 17.5-mile Ederle Open Water Swim.
They honeymooned at Kruger National Park and Durban, South Africa and live in Manhattan.
Rev. Robert Ballecer M.Div. ’05, who is known as the Digital Jesuit because of his knowledge of technology and his high profile online and on social media networks, was profiled in the San Jose Mercury News on Nov. 30.
Recently Ballecer was named director of the Center for Apostolic Technology, and for the last three years, he has served in Washington, D.C., as the director of national vocation promotion, overseeing the Jesuits' efforts to encourage young men to consider the priesthood.

Matthew Wood '03, a practicing engineering in accident reconstruction, and wife Jennifer Wood, an HR business partner with the Bank of New York Mellon, welcomed twins on June 5, 2012 - a baby girl, Emma, and a baby boy, Bingham. The family lives in Atlanta.
Michael Spencer MBA ’06 and his wife, Elizabeth, are thrilled to announce the birth of their third son, Matthew Collins Spencer. He was born on May 23, 2012. The family lives in the Old Fig Garden neighborhood of Fresno.
