Rhianna Henry '03 and Marco Casesa married on October 4, 2010 at Quail Lodge in Carmel, California. They are currently living in San Diego.
Therese DiCola '03 was wed July 25, 2009 to William Reed Henderson, III in Winter Park, Colorado. The wedding party included Kelly Andreano '03, Jennifer Martin '03, Adrienne (Parke) Ewers '03, Meghan (Freeman) Goldman '03, Katharine Tolan '03 and Valerie (Melo) Fantl '03. The wedding was photographed by Cooper Carras '03 and Alison Beckord '03. The couple honeymooned in Argentina and Uruguay. Reed, a graduate of the University of San Diego, and Tess are both in the finance industry and reside in South Pasadena, California.
Therese DiCola Henderson '03 and her husband Reed Henderson welcomed their first child, Eleanor (Ella) Margaret Henderson, on April 19th, 2011.
Venkatnarayan Hariharan M.S. '03 joined Intel Corp recently.
Annie Hagan '03 completed dental school at the University of Southern California School of dentistry in 2010. Dr. Annie Hagan D.D.S. will be returning to the Bay Area to practice with her older sister, Dr. Christine Hansen and Associates in Palo Alto, Calif. She is excited to be able to provide dental care for her fellow Broncos in the surrounding area.
James Goodnow '03 and Erin (Ryan) Goodnow '03 welcomed their daughter, Kelly Claire, on March 6, 2012. The family lives in Phoenix.
Becki (Fowler) Gervin '03 and her husband, Brad, welcomed their first baby girl, Sadie Jo, on April 11, 2010. The family lives in San Jose. Becki is the public relations and communications manager at Montalvo Arts Center in Saratoga.
Amanda A. Haughs '03 married Ivan A. Flores on July 17, 2010 at Mission Santa Clara. The wedding was presided by Paul A. Soukup, S.J. The bridal party included bridesmaids Sarah Haughs, April Tellez, Christie Stewart '03, Laura Fehr, and Nadia Miller; groomsmen Erick Stella, Derrick Forget, Adam Sipos, Marcus Rabb and Anastacio Cruz; ushers Scott Barraza and Kevin Fehr; and ring bearer Jaeden Rabb. The celebration continued at the Adobe Lodge and ran into the late night at The Hut. The couple honeymooned in Maui.
Brian Ellis '03 and Kirsten Ellis (Wilson) '03 are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Carter Grant Ellis, born October 5, 2010. The family lives in San Carlos, CA.
Brian '02 and Mandy (Redkey) Demmert '02 welcome a daughter, Abigail Susan, born on May 17, 2009. The family lives in San Jose. Brian works for Oxford Finance and Mandy teaches 5th grade.

John Daw ’03 married Kate Candland on Sept. 17, 2011, at Bluetooth Vineyard in Napa. The reception followed at Bluetooth, with dinner under the stars and dancing in the rustic barn, with music by Diamond Dave, who covers music by everyone from the Beatles to Lady Gaga. The couple honeymooned for 12 days in Australia. The wedding party consisted of maid of honor Courtney Candland; bridesmaids Leah Euser, Cecilia Kolonie, Erin Wagner, Elise Chambers, Laura Ditto and Cara Daw ’07; best man Michael Daw ’02; and ushers Michael Savage, Jason Lauritsen, Joey Schmidtz, Tim Nolan, David Sinclair and Christopher Candland.
Daw is a member of the Napa Marina Soccer Club and works in Napa as a dentist.
Michelle Cwirko-Godycki '03 is the new associate director, Marketing & Communications for Alumni Relations. In this role, Michelle will oversee all marketing, communications, social media, and career networking strategies for Alumni Association programs, events and services.
James Crowe '03 joined Faegre Baker Daniels, an international law firm, as an associate. He is part of the firm’s corporate practice in Denver.
Crowe joins Faegre Baker Daniels from Lathrop Gage, where he practiced in the firm’s corporate department. Prior to joining Lathrop & Gage, he was a corporate and financial services attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York City.
George Crothall '94 and Amber (Smith) Crothall '94, J.D. '03, recently moved to San Diego County. They have two daughters, ages 5 and 3. Amber works part-time as a real estate attorney and George is working for a new start-up company.
Former NCAA All-American and two-time Major League Soccer (MLS) Champion Ryan Cochrane ’03 has been named assistant men's soccer coach at Santa Clara. Cochrane capped off an outstanding collegiate career at SCU by helping the Broncos reach the 2003 NCAA College Cup Final Four. He went on to enjoy nine-years playing professional soccer, which included winning a pair of MLS titles with the Houston Dynamo.
"There is no doubt Ryan is going to help this program grow and become better," said Santa Clara men's soccer head coach and Bronco Hall of Famer Cameron Rast. "First and foremost, his background as a player is exceptional. He just finished up his professional career and was already transitioning into coaching, so it's a natural fit."
A native of Portland, Ore., Cochrane became one of the most accomplished players in school history during his three years on SCU's Mission Campus (2001-03). Cochrane started every game he was available for, serving as the team's central defender. He earned Soccer America Freshman All-America honors in 2001 and All-America Honorable Mention recognition in 2002.
In 2003, Cochrane anchored a Bronco defense that posted 12 shutouts, went 16-4-4, won the West Coast Conference Championship and advanced to the NCAA College Cup Final Four in Columbus, Ohio. He was named an NSCAA/adidas Second Team All-American in 2003 and a M.A.C. Hermann Trophy semifinalist.
More recent, during his last two years playing professionally, Cochrane served as an assistant coach at the collegiate level with San Antonio's Trinity University in 2012 and at Wheaton College in Norton, Mass. in 2011.
Cooper Carras '03 married Allison Beckord '03 in a very small ceremony in the snow on May 15, 2011 in Boulder, CO. Nathan Beckord '95 officiated and alumni guests included Cyril Vidergar J.D. '03, Wade Buckland '03, Marcy Swiatek '03, Bonnie Young '03, Emily (Abbott) Harryman '03, Charlie Doty '03, Katie Cambier '03, Pat Rue '03, Rachel (Paul) Rue '03, Greg Flanagan '03, Justin Buell '03, and Jim Freeburg '03. The couple lives in Emeryville, Calif.
Charlie Cafazza '03 and Katy Kainer at Mission Santa Clara on October 10, 2009. The wedding party included Maryanne Cafazza '04, Vincent Cafazza '06, Katherine Wieland Cafazza '06, Alex Taylor '03, Eric Jordan '03, Aaron Locke '03, Michael Moeschler '03, and Geoff Akers '04. Twenty nine additional Broncos were in attendance. Charlie is a manager at Ernst & Young, and Katy works in IT at Facebook. The couple resides in Mountain View.
Anthony Bucad '99 and wife Jennifer welcomed a baby girl, Alexis Rae, on August 6, 2010. The family lives in Milpitas.
Two generations of Broncos joined in the wedding celebration of Colin Brush '03 and Elizabeth Beteem on July 31, 2010. Colin's mother, Marijean Welage Brush '69 and many of her dear classmates as well as Colin's Santa Clara friends witnessed their marriage at the Carmel Mission followed by a reception at the Mission Ranch.
