Brown, Rachael

Ropers Majeski Kohn & Bentley, P.C. has added Rachael E. Brown '09, J.D. '12 as an associate in its San Jose office. She graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University and also received a High Tech Law Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. During her time in law school, Brown served as assistant director of the Internal Moot Court program; helped revitalize Equality SCU, a group dedicated to advocating and advancing LGBT issues; served on the board of the Women and Law group, helping to promote the advancement of women in the legal field; and she also worked as a law clerk at RMKB. 

Her practice area includes a broad range of civil litigation, including business and intellectual property matters. She focuses her practice on claims of copyright and trademark infringement, trade secret litigation, disputes arising from contract, and unfair competition. She is currently working on extending her experience in the areas of estate planning and employment litigation.
