Leon Panetta '60, J.D. '63, former director of the Central Intelligence Agency and recently confirmed Defense secretary, visited the Santa Clara University campus on October 8, 2010. He spoke about how the world has transformed since he was a student at SCU and the four basic missions the CIA is responsible for: counter-terrorism, counter-proliferation, cyber security, and global responsibilities. He also touched on the importance of upholding values and fighting for what we believe.
