She plans to use her management skills and language skills in a career in business. “Business and Spanish complement each other well. Speaking Spanish has become critical in the United States, especially in California,” she says. Waite will use her language ability traveling over the next year to Argentina, Costa Rica, and Spain, teaching English and studying Spanish.
