Adding Images

Insert an image -file type must be .gif or .jpg

• Position the cursor where you want to insert the image
• Click on Insert Image
• Select the image file you want to insert
• In the property inspector, Alt field, type the alternative text for the image

Another way to insert an image is to click on the image button on the Common Tool bar

Insert a Rollover Image
A rollover image occurs when the cursor hovers over one image, and it "rolls over" to a second image.

• Click on InsertInteractive ImagesRollover Images
  • Name the Rollover image
  • Browse to the Original image and select the image
  • Browse to the Rollover Image and select the image
  • Add the Alternative Text
  • Add a link if you want to link the rollover image

When using Rollovers:

The Original Image and the Rollover images should be similar in physical dimensions. For example, height and lenght must be the same or close to the same. This is because the Original image's dimensions dictates the dimensions of the rollover image.

Insert a Flash Button

• Click on InsertInteractive ImagesFlash Button
  • Choose the button Style
  • Add the Button Text
  • Click on Browse to find the file you want to link to
  • Change the Bg Color to match the page background color
  • Click OK

Edit the Flash Button

Double-Click on the button to open the Flash Button dialog box. Make your changes and click OK when done.
